You will learn how to apply this in all areas of your L.I.F.E. – Personal, Professional, Relational, and Financial.
We will discuss OKR’s – which stands for Objectives and Key Results – as well as the Vital Actions you need to take to achieve the Key Results that lead to accomplishing your Objectives.
You will receive an interactive spreadsheet to help set and achieve your Objectives and Key Results.
On day 1 we will go over understanding what OKR’s are and their importance. I will show you a sample spreadsheet and answer any questions.
On Day 2 we will review your homework and how you did filling out your own spreadsheet.
